How Does a Virtual Visit Work?

• Virtual visits take place using a video conference which is extremely easy and simple.
• You will receive an email from our office, which will contain a link to the video conference. You can connect on any device with a camera and microphone, such as a computer, tablet, or phone.
• There is no need to download software or create an account. You just need to click the link and enter the password provided in you email.

Will My Insurance Cover a Virtual Visit?

• Commercial insurance carriers as well as Medicare have temporarily expanded their Telehealth coverage to respond to the public health emergency.
• Many commercial insurance carriers have agreed to waive co-pays for virtual visits. We will follow your insurance carriers’ explanation of benefits regarding billing.
